We are excited to be offering our new flat water package! Based in Exeter and surrounding areas, this course is ideal for those who want to have weekly sessions after work, on the weekend, or want to be flexible with their sessions. What's included in this package?
  • 5 Flat Water Sessions (2-3 Hour Sessions)
  • Free board hire
  • Individualised 1:1 Coaching sessions
  • Self rescue techniques
  • How to rescue others
  • How to understand the environment
  • How to paddle in high winds
  • Efficient paddling techniques

We aim to work with you on a personal level to see you progress as much as you can during your time with us. This will also help us better understand the way you like to be coached and what your goals and aspirations are.

Hire Options

Kit List:

ATTENTION: Please read the kit list very carefully before booking onto a course. If you don’t have the correct equipment, you may not be able to paddle.

For River SUP sessions you will need the following: 

  • Board 
  • Paddle 
  • Helmet 
  • Buoyancy Aid
  • Suitable footwear (old trainers/wetsuit boots – Can go barefoot but have shoes with you
  • Quick Release Leash System (Optional)
  • Suitable clothing for the session
  • Food & Water (Dry bag to put it in for the day)

If you have your own buoyancy aid please make sure it’s suitable for moving water.

It needs to have an ‘Anti Ride Up Waist Belt’ This is a strap wrapping around the waist at the lowest point of the buoyancy aid. For reference, the buoyancy aid in the photo has the correct strap.
