Evening Funky Footwork Skills: £35

Details

18:00 – 20:00

Location – Exeter or Totnes

This course focuses on the footwork side of stand up paddle boarding.

Are you finding yourself standing in one position on your paddleboard? Are you too worried to move your feet, or don’t know how to? If you answered yes to either of these questions then this flat water course will be great for you!

You should expect a fun filled session. You don’t have to get wet but come prepared so you can get the most out of the course. Ideally, you should already be able to stand up and paddle on your board before attending this course

We will use our technical expertise of paddle boarding and apply barefoot techniques and understanding to get you more connected to your feet and more importantly your board, resulting in improved footwork on your board.

This course has been designed by one of the most qualified SUP coaches in the UK as well as a certified barefoot movement coach from Vivobarefoot, whom are considered to be the driving force in natural foot health.
