Before heading out on the water, we need to gather some medical info and next of kin details just to be on the safe side. We will take all necessary safety measures to ensure nothing goes wrong but it’s always good to be prepared.

All paddlers will be required to fill in their information and accept our terms and conditions before they get on the water. We cannot allow anyone to participate if they have not done so. Please ensure you and all members of your group have filled in this form individually. The lead booker should have filled out this information during the booking process for themselves so do not need to complete this again.
